There is no cryptographic signature yet, because there is no entity to hold the key. When HomeHover incorporates, every revision from that point is signed and the public key is published here. Until then, this is a dated page on a domain we control, and that is exactly as strong as it sounds.

What this is worth, honestly

A warrant canary is a weak instrument, and we would rather say so than let it carry more than it can. Its legal force is untested, and on its own it protects nothing.

The reason it matters here is narrower than usual. We hold no decryption keys, so there is no readable customer footage in our possession to compel. The canary tracks whether anyone has tried. The architecture is what makes trying pointless, and the architecture is the part that survives a change of ownership.
